- Plastic products (containers, tools, small items)
- Furniture that can be determined to be made of plywood or other surface-finished materials (not solid wood)
- Items that can be determined to be products of a major furniture retailer or a similar company
- Kimono, used clothing, curtains, carpets, and other synthetic fabrics
- Electrical appliances such as home appliances (televisions, washing machines, fans, etc.)
- Items that are severely corroded or damaged and cannot be reused
- Miscellaneous items and tools with unknown uses
- Requests for assistance with moving or removing furniture and household goods, or requests for items to be picked up that are not specific (details of items to be picked up are unclear)
- Requests for on-site collection of extremely small quantities *Excluding large furniture (please contact us if you would like to bring the item in)
When we rescue something, we place importance on whether it is something that we would want to leave to the next generation and whether we can suggest ways to use or utilize it.
We are not a waste disposal company, and rescue is not the same as disposing of unwanted items. We cannot accept all items. Please be aware of this in advance.
