Returns and exchanges due to defective products
We take every precaution to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, but if the product you receive is damaged, soiled, or otherwise defective, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
In that case, please specify the product name and quantity.
We will check the points you have pointed out and respond as soon as possible.
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of "customer convenience" after the product has been shipped.
